Ryan Flodell

Ryan Flodell is the Chief Executive Officer and owner of THOAR Mining Management, with more than 26 years of experience in surface and underground mining management as well as over 30 year experience in the heavy industrial sector. Through direct leadership and extensive experience, Ryan has established THOAR as a leading provider of mining management services including supervision, maintenance, construction management and general contracting solutions for the potash industry.

Ryan's philosophy is that "solid relationships start with a handshake and a personable approach". Through this, he has built many lasting relationships throughout his network.

Ryan’s dedication to the industry and community has allowed him to build and maintain a broad network of mining personnel. Through this network, THOAR assembles qualified teams to meet the needs of clients and deliver contracted services with a focus on safety and quality. Ryan’s ability to lead the execution of contracts has contributed to the reputation and success of THOAR.

Chantelle Fausak, the Operations Manager, confidently steers THOAR Mining towards a bright future, having dedicated 5 years to the company's growth and success.

Chantelle has accumulated 16 years of industry experience, with a predominant focus on the oil and gas sector, where she efficiently managed site infrastructure, employee relations, and contractor development. Her expertise has been brought to the potash industry with THOAR, where she currently serves. Chantelle's extensive knowledge, derived from her experience, has been invaluable to the organization, enabling her to make well-informed decisions and execute them effectively. Her professional acumen and versatility have earned her a reputation as a highly competent industry expert, and she has contributed significantly to the success of the organizations she has worked with.
